Hmmm… overpaying someone because of the excitement is clearly not a serious proposal, but im a little surprised that everyone thinks 6k per month is a lot for a lead reddit moderator. I couldnt imagine getting someone worth it for less than 5k but admittedly i might not have the best refreference point. Unfortunately, these are the kind of things that are a waste of money when they’re not properly funded and staffed, and always perceived as a waste of money when they’re successful. Maybe we can include performance targets tied to jup tokens (can use the unclaimed tokens) and offer less like 4k. This might be complicating it, but you would attract a serious cohort of people on the hustle.
