While numbers will always be debatable, and given that a full year’s investment has already been made, this is undoubtedly the example we hope to see as leadership and representative teams within the DAO. However, it’s always possible to refine the work done, and direct funding is necessary to achieve this, for example, by scaling the impact to subgroups, allowing us to consolidate ourselves as a larger team on which to build subgroups that allow us to project the methodology, approach, and professionalism to other latitudes. Without a doubt, you have my vote to consolidate the good work done and expand the scope of action. It would undoubtedly be an honor to contribute to future developments. Congratulations and thank you for helping to grow the DAO’s democracy and its communication with planet Earth! <3

On the Irish point: we’ve got nothing but love and appreciation for what he brought to J&J early on. That said, he left on his own terms, was paid in full, and received a generous good cats allocation equal to mine and Wake’s largely because of our collective contributions at the time i suspect
This new proposal reflects future work, not past effort, and while we value everything Irish did, we couldn’t in good faith justify an additional bonus under that context

Super bullish on the J&J team.
The point I like the most about them is that they give a voice and a channel to talk to the small guys, and the people that are new to the community but they are very important members.
Their role is not just complementary, it is mandatory to have for the community to grow.

J&J is a great resource to the dao.
1/ great team that is constantly plugged into the jup community
2/ podcast views are extremely high, especially compared to other podcasts in the ecosystem
3/ they attract the best talent on the pod, good for them, much better for the jupiter dao
4/ they amplify community work that goes unnoticed otherwise
5/ the vote is a long time coming. the salary is fair especially with the price action of JUP, who knows what price will be in 1 year
i usually don’t share my vote, but here, ill vote yes.
