ICO is the path to certainty and future

I am sure that my idea and proposal is not going to be popular or well received, but it makes perfect sense. First of all Jupiter is an enormous company in MC value speaking, we are certainly talking about billions here. The Jupiter leader and frontman Meow is a visionary and very strong in desire to reach his ideas in the future (for example, we are talking constantly right now about competing with Google, Apple etc on talents). How will we make the path for the future easier?

  1. ICO in Singapore or Nasdaq
    pro - easy way to find an investment from VC’s, banks, pension funds. Jupiter will have an access not only to web3 money, but also to a Web2 gigantic sources of capital

pro - because of the high market cap Jupiter will have a possibility to be involved in indexes, therefore even more demand for the share, as funds will have to buy it as a part of ETF

pro - transparency and accounting of the high calibre as it supposed to be in a public company

pro - possibility to still use $Jup token in the form of governance share

cons - decentralisation the owners of the shares information would be known

cons - uncertainty with the mechanism of translating $Jup token to shares

  1. Jupiter already have very transparent treasury system and now with the LitterBox even a revenue system is transparent. Let’s discuss the path to become a public company and to growth

  2. Stop asking for advice on decisions that people don’t understand nothing about, instead of that JupDao should vote on board of directors (public votes, discuss the candidates), let’s call it Jupiter’s Moons instead of Senator, we will have a 13 Moons, that will decide on core issues. Let the public vote on public things, Jupuary, design, conferences, and let the DAO some sort of allocation (budget) for proposal, but for our own sake, please put the global things in the hands of professionals.

In my opinion we need to take a path from anarchy to governance and from private to public (this is the whole web3 idea of transparency)

My opinion that community can have representatives in this, let’s call it board of directors, otherwise, I completely agree that votes are manipulated by whales (probably under covered VC’s, or MM’s, with enormous voting power
