I like the idea, but only think it should be implemented partially, because I think the buyback and burns should continue, but maybe at a lower % level and lend the other portion to this idea. I like the idea of not donating the benefit so highly to the exchanges, so over time users might hold a more significant portion of the platform.

We can make voting power be tiered with lockups, where higher voting power requiring a higher time lockup of tokens on the contract to vote.

Just this mean once you finish unstaking - ie. 10 days left, when you claim your asr is unstaked? Or do you need to claim . Then wait another 30 days?

Maybe we need to confirm person is real and not duplicate accounts somehow along with making each vote more valuable.
example : how in us we have house and senate
one every state gets 2 votes other population is weighted into vote quantity per state
maybe 50% power amounts of jup / 50% power from 1 vote value from the person so people have more power and holding alot of jup to control power can be negated some
ASR rewards would stay the same

Remove abstain its not required and dilutes the vote.
Vote with conviction and purpose not to just claim ASR through voting carelessly.
If your not sure on what your voting for you have a 3 options:

Dont vote! Which, of course you would want to, for particpation and ASR.

ASK team members or community members for guidance not influence, if a proposal is to wordy or you dont fully understand it, we all have voices to communicate and help you understand.

Participate in joing spaces on ‘X’, discord townhalls etc. Helps provide visibilty and direction of the DAO and its proposals.
