Introducing Soulbound NFTs (SBTs) for the Jupiter Exchange aims to recognize and appreciate key contributors to the platform’s growth—both on-chain and off-chain. These NFTs would be non-transferable, ensuring they remain with the recipient as a permanent badge of honor.
The goal is to reward developers, community members, and other vital contributors through an on-chain mechanism that reflects their contributions to the Jupiter Exchange ecosystem.
Key Features of the Soulbound NFTs
Non-Transferable: These NFTs will be soulbound, meaning they cannot be transferred, sold, or traded. This ensures the NFT remains as a unique recognition of an individual’s contribution.
Four Tiers of Recognition:
1.Rare: Entry-level recognition for active contributors.
2.Epic: Given to contributors with consistent and impactful contributions.
3.Legendary: Reserved for team members and community members who have played a significant role in Jupiter Exchange’s success.
4.Ultimate: The highest level, awarded to founders, core developers, and individuals with monumental contributions both on and off-chain.
Who Qualifies?
1.Core Contributors:
Developers, Software Engineers: Individuals who contributed to building and maintaining the platform.
2.UI/UX Designers: Those who helped design the user experience for Jupiter Exchange.
3.Project Managers, Team Leads: People responsible for coordinating and delivering key initiatives.
4.Technical and Marketing Leads: Those involved in driving technical development and marketing growth for the platform.
5.Community Members:
Social Media Contributors: Influencers and active members who boosted Jupiter’s presence.
6.Research Contributors: Analysts and researchers who provided strategic insights to enhance the platform.

1.Implementation Process
Eligibility Criteria:
Define a comprehensive list of criteria for each rank (Rare, Epic, Legendary, Ultimate).
Community members can nominate others through governance proposals in the Jupiter DAO.
2.Minting or Airdropping:
Eligible recipients could mint their Soulbound NFTs through an airdrop mechanism or directly claim them on a dedicated platform.
Use Solana’s native smart contracts to handle the creation, minting, and non-transferability of these NFTs.
