This may look like a good idea but it is not needed, as JLP and JUP serve different purposes as @Doc explained in his post.

I know it’s been said but JLP is providing liquidity for the Perps exchange. Can’t combine them as they have separate utility. JUP is for governance and voting. Man may not like the risk associated with JLP for a governing token.
