I have a proposal. Is there a way that you can make smart contracts for people holding Jup so that we can borrow from our own stake but just like when asking for leverage you get charged a fee could we be charged a small fee for borrowing as long as we put the jup back?

Interesting idea but looking forward to more details how this would work.
Is it flashloan or normal borrowing where borrower can withdraw the loaned JUP?
What happens when there is proposal to be voted on while majority of staked JUP already get loaned out and repayment period not over yet? Am just curious
