Proposal for Establishing a Brand Repository for Jupiter

Introduction

As Jupiter continues to grow and evolve as a leading Web3 community, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand is essential. To facilitate consistent branding and support our community creators, we propose the creation of a dedicated brand repository. This repository will serve as a central hub for all Jup.ag branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, promotional materials, and other digital assets.

Objective

The primary objective of this proposal is to establish a comprehensive brand repository that ensures:

  1. Consistency: Uniform use of logos, color schemes, and typography across all platforms.

  2. Accessibility: Easy access for all community members, enabling them to use official assets for both internal and community-driven projects.

  3. Innovation: Encouragement of creative use of brand assets within the guidelines to foster innovation and community engagement.

Scope of the Brand Repository

The repository will include:

• Brand Guidelines: Detailed instructions on the use of the Jup.ag logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements.

• Digital Assets: High-resolution images of logos, icons, banners, and promotional materials.

• Artwork Templates: Templates for social media graphics, presentation decks, and promotional items.

• Usage Examples: Samples of correct and incorrect usage to provide clear direction.

Implementation Phases

  1. Development of Brand Guidelines: Collaborate with brand designers to refine and document brand standards.

  2. Collection and Organization of Assets: Gather all existing digital assets and organize them into a user-friendly digital library.

  3. Creation of Access Systems: Develop a secure, easy-to-navigate platform where community members can access and download assets.

  4. Community Training and Support: Offer tutorials and support to ensure community members understand how to use the repository effectively.
