Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal for the community. It’s amazing to think about what we can achieve together to bring JUPuary House to life. This is a space where builders, investors, and stakeholders can come together to innovate, collaborate, and celebrate.

Empower 20 -30 builders to create 5+ impactful projects using Jupiter’s tools.
Host daily live streams with Key Opinion Leaders to inspire and connect the community.
Strengthen relationships between builders, investors, and Jupiter DAO’s ecosystem.
Showcase Jupiter’s impact and celebrate Web3 culture with a Tulum Crypto Fest Celebration to culminate the residency.

The Plan (Aligned with DAO Allocations)
Residency Program: $8,000 for accommodations and workspace for 20 builders.
Events and Programming: $6,000 for hack nights, workshops, and fireside chats.
Community Engagement: $4,000 for live streams, targeted promotion, and media coverage.
Operations: $2,000 for logistics and coordination.
Total Budget: $20,000 upfront

Why Now
Following the success of TulumCryptoFest.com—which brought over 1,000 attendees, 25 developers, and 10 sponsors—JUPuary House will culminate in a celebration of Web3 culture at Tulum Crypto Fest. This initiative merges innovation and community in a vibrant, collaborative environment.

JUPuary House is designed to deliver real-world outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and community engagement.

How We Produce Results:

  • Innovative Projects: Builders will create at least three impactful solutions, such as decentralized property platforms, ReFi systems like Tulum Coin for beach cleanups, and smart city applications using Helium and IoT.

  • 500+ Hours of Content: Tutorials, live sessions, and educational materials in English and Spanish will engage and inform the community.

  • Themed Co-Creation Weeks: Weekly focuses on DeFi, sustainability, and infrastructure with input from Solana leaders.

  • Daily Live Engagement: Live streams and updates will showcase progress and Jupiter’s ecosystem in action.

  • Influencer HUB: A platform for ongoing collaboration, resource sharing, and community building beyond the residency.

How We Measure Success:

  • Projects Launched: At least three completed projects with measurable adoption.

  • Community Growth: Increased social media followers, engagement, and event participation.

  • Visibility: Expanded reach through partnerships, impressions, and bilingual content.

The only feedback I really have you is maybe daily live streams will be too much.

I’m not gonna lie I will not be attending them daily and I think we should focus on quality over quantity.

Whilst I respect your dedication to do them daily, I feel not many people will attend if they’re done daily. Make them more exclusive I believe. And you’ll have better results

2–3 well-prepared, high-quality live streams each week. These sessions can be centered around significant milestones, special guest appearances, or key updates. This way, we create a sense of exclusivity and anticipation, ensuring the content feels fresh and impactful.

For the days without live streams, we can share highlights, recaps, or bite-sized updates from previous sessions to maintain engagement without overwhelming anyone.

I honestly believe streaming 2 to 3 times weekly would be much better… that way people actively look forward to it… (law of supply and demand) less supply more demands and attendance… just like planetary call…
