Letās say we were given 500 Jup each. What would we have done? Bought a Ferrari? Would we all have been happy? Can you really live on these crumbs? Letās find a project, invest a symbolic amount of money from our own pockets and create a demo, something to propose. Thatās how the world works. Sorry, I donāt follow you. What should we be happy about? Iām not here for likes or 500 Jup. Iām here to create, contribute and make a difference. Okay letās set the record straight.
The airdrop is supposed to be a gift from the community. Jupiter currently runs a 50/50 split approach. 50% power corporate entity. 50% power the Dao community. Thatās what I understood from reading through this forum.
The airdrop is supposed to be distributed to new members for onboarding them. This did not happen this year. A big proportion went to existing members. Mainly stakers by various means. The rest went to users with large capital who may have made a few transactions in 2024. It did not in any meaningful way go to the many. I am talking about those who practically lived on the exchange in 2024.
As we have a system of voting power and we keep consolidating the few over the many, we are getting further and further away from a real Dao. The airdrop was there to grow the Dao but now the consolidated voters even dropped a fourth round. Reduced last round to 70% of what it was supposed to be. Unclaimed tokens went to stakers.
I donāt expect any answer to my comment. Itās not about begging for any of us rather about trying to keep it real. Set the record straight.
The team keeps saying we donāt care about price. Well stop catering to people who may unstake because they donāt get heavily rewarded. My advice is go back to the beginning and see how much divergence there is in regards to what you initially set out to achieve.

Haha yeah, drunk people tend to say things that are true but difficult to hear. Especially in family situations. Usually that uncomfortable situation is handled with silence. You pretend you didnāt hear that. In time you find ways to deal with it quietly, as you have heard the feedback and that truth works away at you. I am simply continuing this analogyā¦
